I think Shanghai summit was extremely important, Russia got reassurance from other countries(especially from China) and now can act more bold in war.
There is also closed BRICS online summit today in a few hours.
Oh yeah and hohols attacked Druzba pipeline again and power stations in Hyev got hit in response.
