I wish in-game Malk was an exploration on mental illness instead of being this random 4th wall breaking stupid random shit that invented fish malk - which no serious roleplayer likes. American Mcgee's Alice games did a masterful job of exploring trauma and mental illness within a respectable matter instead of it being le random zany shit like fish malk.
