I've been working on a recipe. I basically tried to come up with a decent tasting, cheap, nutritious meal that can be made in a rice cooker.
Pic related is the ingredients. You basically just put all that in a rice cooker and cook it for an hour and a half or so, then eat it when it's done. It's got all your essential vitamins and nutrients, except Vitamin D3 which is the one you get from sunlight.
it still tastes super bland after cooking it, so i dump a ton of Sriracha sauce on it too and that helps it taste better. overall, i'm pretty happy, it's a really cheap, nutritious, easy-to-make meal
