I gave Pharaoh an honest try, it has such great campaign mechanics
But I just don't enjoy the battles themselves, cavalry is such a staple outside of Lusted's piece of shit that not having it feels wrong, and it has Warhammers blobbery (though for bronze age warfare I suppose it makes sense)
