High repetitions as in the movement being very high, stretching the muscle a lot, or high repetitions as in a lot of repetitions? But yeah, I'm used to feeling heat on my muscles if I'm doing a repetitive activity over and over again. The issue is if I start feeling pain, like calf cramps. I've woken up to horrible calf cramps and feeling my calf overstretched at night. Shit got me legit screaming.
