your complaint seems to be it's not erotic/sexy enough which is kind of weird since it's a sports show
there's tons of animes that sexualize lolis out there, medalist isn't one of them, that doesn't make it bad.
i wouldn't say that's anti-lolicon either, because it's still about lolis, a lot of them, tons of cute lolis. but it's about them as something other than cute sexual playthings.
