I'm conflicted on this because I am unable to empathize with the man in this scenario. I know everyone has their own demons to bear but this is insane, it's akin to 600lb people. I get that somewhere down the line they experienced something that fermented their behavior/appearance, what I don't understand is how these people haven't just killed themselves out of pure humiliation. Idk, makes me feel like a sociopath because I just cannot understand the mindset.
