2 shitty LSI sas cards and some random X11SSH-F supermicro mainboard in an ATX server case (but with coreboot) inside there are 4x4x3 10 TB enterprise drives. A little mixed think there is some segate in there but should be mostly hgst .

I also have an LTO 9 tape drive but no tapes and don't feel like paying 100$ for 18TB tapes and honestly I don't even know what to pull anymore as I never have the time to look trough it and I don't even watch movies anymore I just collect stuff but I sort of realized that I don't actually want the "[Cumraws] stargate E01-12.x265/*.mkv" collection

also uplink is a mellanox connect-x6 but only running on a single port at full qsfp+ speed so 40Gb/s or sum but I realistically get like half a gbit on good days up/down speed .... a complete waste but I don't have to pay for the link.


I plan to do a home setup soon but the diskshelf loud af can even hear it from the 3rd floor if its in the basement with doors closed plus lets not even talk about the power draw. I currently see my money better spend on prescription opioids than archiving some random football games because the nfo looked nice to me
