We got a nothing burger status report on the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit.
To everyone saying that the lawsuit is over, here is the proof that it is still ongoing.
It's not over until the Court of Appeals grants the SEC and Ripple's joint request to dismiss both of their appeals.
Here is the key sentence:

The fun part, is we have no idea how long the Court of Appeals has to respond to the request.
30 days, 60 days, 90 days?
And does the Court of Appeals have to render a decision then, or can they file a bullshit extension to drag it out further?
