I think the only unavoidable one is the tentacle grope at night in the intro. The train molestation and the hot springs exposure are both completely optional sidequests. There's a part in like the third dungeon (the downtown streets) where you walk through a crowd of brainwashed guys, but I think that's optional and also doesn't have scenes, just based cut-ins.
