any chance you're a detergent dilettante? want a liquid detergent for colours like picrel but that DOESN'T contain oxygen-based bleaching agents (or optical brighteners, sneaky!)
if you've had shirts 'fade' after washes even though you used the colour ones, this is why. it's tricky finding detergents without bleach.

conditioner-wise i'm less bothered but what's a nice, but not distracting, smell all year round lad? or just good brands. "cotton fresh" usually seems to be the safe/neutral one but what IS "Heaven Scent"? should i just get that one??
