That is Aogami's ending, yes. It only makes sense he would get the canon ending that requires the most work. But it's why you still have people clamoring that VV needs a happier ending than what they got in CoV because of how painful that was. Honestly I think they get a pretty happy end in the new route but true neutral was just that bad.
