Why is there no hype or push for Mide?

So far with just the first encounter completed, she seems likeable in both character and a physical sense. A unique scar, a unique tint to her horns and even a unique scale pattern. She seems like she would fit the alternate girl fad that is on and off throughout the years. I am surprised I heard nothing of her in the past half decade or so.
