sup K, need help.

I had an online friend for ~10 years, met him in a vidya. He was literally my only bro to talk about everything — music, games, memes, even politics (we disagreed a lot but still). Felt like a brother to me.

His name is Pavel Dmitrievich Panov, from Yakutsk.
He signed a contract around 20 Dec 2024, joined army by his own will. Was in railway troops first, said he got into the shittiest unit. Later got transferred:

23 Apr storm unit, going to Donbass as motor rifleman, 29th army.

21 May sent to “zero line”, given MR-153 shotgun. Already saw 3 deaths before going.

Last online: 22 May, sent me a pic with some DIY gun mod (ties on foregrip).

As of 2 June, his mother says he’s officially MIA.

I honestly think he had some mental problems before, and maybe joining war was his way of suicide. But I can’t accept that he’s just dead under the ground somewhere.

So… does anyone here have frens on the frontlines. Any leads at all would help.
