It doesn't get brought up as such much but I think UFO Romance in the Night Sky is the perfect Extra Stage theme. Light, fun, and the build up is just done so expertly. The Shining Law of the Strong Eating the Weak is also incredibly underrated as far as Extra themes go, one of the best ZUN has ever written and nobody talks about it.
