I recently bought a 2023 CX-30 from a dealer and was inspecting around the engine bay. I noticed this burn/melted hole on the fuse box cover, is this a concern? The only aftermarket mod I see on this car is aftermarket seat warmers but nothing else and I would assume they’d need to get into the engines fuse box to get a fuse installed for the seat warmers. I’m just confused how this happened, I can’t think of a really hot tool a technician would use to install this that they would go oops and accidentally hit the fuse box cover to scour it by accident. Was this like an overheated fuse or some electrical damage that melted the cover? I checked inside and the fuse area looks fine but could’ve been damaged already repaired or something? I’m just concerned of a future electrical issue here and this car isn’t that old either, just really weird.
