Durga rides a tiger or lion depending on the version. She actually has a move where she rides Dawon. Zhong Kui, the next guy they're making a Black Myth game around also rides a cool ass tiger. Not sure about bears and mooses, maybe there's some russian and native american folktale for bear and moose riding. In FGO we have Sitonai bear riding I suppose but she's also in another class.
