U106 is very old, it's as old as Corded Ware. The Germanic tribes that expanded from the Denmark/Germany border did have about an equal representation of I1 and U106.
It is possible that in the far north of France they might have 40% Germanic paternal lines but even then, they might have mixed with Celtic women and probably did.
