>The thing i can´t realy understand (but accept it exist like this), if the appeal ist a woman with a cock, why is Futanari even a question. Most of the stuff that is seen in those threads are Males with Tits, there is not one female genitalia to see. Ofcourse sometimes it´s the angle of the scenes but nearly no one creates with pussy as well.
Ok, if you truly are interested, the ask yourself why that is the case. Why is it that females with male genitals seem to be more popular than other depictions of what is often called Futanari as a catch all umbrella term?
Why are depictions of characters that are technically just idealized trans women the most popular?
One reason that you could take into consideration is projection. A male viewer can understand how it feels to have and use the male set of genitals but can't really understand how it would feel to have a hole in the place of the scrotum, in fact it can cause aversion because it looks like a male genital with the testicles cut off. Even if only on the back of the mind, that could cause unease.
Another reason would be just the old excuse of not wanting to see men but still wanting to see male sexuality depicted in a way. A pussy is not part of it.
Then, when it depicts futa on futa, it could be a way to explore homoerotic fantasies in a way that is not disgusting to the individual.
There is also the possibility of autogynephilia, which I suspect is way more common than people believe, but because the trans trenders refuse to acknowledge that it is a thing and the other side refuses to consider it to be a common thing, despite how popular futa and trans porn is.
And then there's the female side too, lots of women like girls with dicks, but there are no woman here, so I don't think it makes sense to talk about it.

tldr, consider why you like what you like and why other people like what they like, it could help you to understand it all better.
