Mine is perfect but it's usually shit. Artists go for wagie jobs because even though freelancing will earn you more money, people don't know how to find projects to work on. Most artists wagie jobs are working in shit tier game industry unless they're very good and can grab some high quality studio. The general rule is that if you're good, studios/corpos are willing to break their "you need 10 years of experience for a junior position" policy to get you. Wagie jobs are also usually bad for you creativity because the suits at the top want that broadest possible audience so every time you wanna do something original, you can get very easily shut down (before another studio does it and everyone starts copying them).
