torturing small animals as a child
watch the video on the school bus of him talking about torture. It's supposed to be an edgy comedy/trolling bit, I acknowledge that. But watch it again with the sound off and look at his emotional cues. You can see a kind of exhibitionist excitement.
I've only come across that in one other context. I went to a dentistry school to get some work done cheap during their exam season. I got asked to come back for a student who had missed the exam due to illness, I had actually seen him puking in the toilets the previous day. So I came in on Sunday when the place was nearly empty so this guy could do a deep cleaning and finish his practical exam. He was super super nervous, to chill him out I encouraged him to chat about why he went into dentristry. He told me stories about being fascinated as a child by his grandfather's dental chair and the mechanical equipment while he did the measurement/cataloging part of the practical exam. We got the deep cleaning stage and he was nervous again giving me the anaesthetic injection, like his hands were shaking. I told him to relax and that I was not going to be freaked out about a little pain and he should just trust his training. He bought it, calmed down, gave me the injection, started the cleaning. it takes about 15 minutes. Thing is, once he got into his stride I could sense him beginning to get excited., like turned on in a weird way. He wasn't doing anything wrong technically but his emotional state was leaking all over the place and it was a deeply fucked up feeling. By the end of the 15 minutes I was absolutely sure he was a psychopath. I was glad to leave. I regret not calling them up afterwards and telling the college that there was something terribly wrong with him.
