Selects an enemy within a 3x3 tile radius of Jiangyu, and deals Melee AoE Electric damage equal to 90% of attack to the target and all enemy units within said 3x3 tile radius, as well as generating [Voltage] tiles, lasting for 3 turns. If phase weakness is being exploited, deals an additional 5 points of stability damage. After the attack, Jiangyu gains 6 tiles of [Additional Movement] and [Additional Command].
Thunderous Might (Active / Targeted) [S2]
Selects an enemy unit within 8 tiles, dealing Electric damage equal to 110% of attack. If the target is in Stability Break, Jiangyu gains 1 stack of [Aura] before the skill resolves. Jiangyu also gains 2 points of Confectance Index.
Chain Lightning (Ultimate / Targeted / Buff) [Ult]
Selects an enemy unit within 8 tiles, dealing Electric damage that ignores cover equal to 130% of attack. Jiangyu gains 2 stacks of [Aura] and 1 point of Confectance Index. All allied units gain [Positive Charge] for 3 turns, dispel 1 debuff from them, and have the effects [Taunt] and [Stun] dispelled.
Soaring Momentum (Passive / Support)
At the start of the turn, Jiangyu gains 1 point of Confectance Index.
At the end of the action, if Jiangyu has max Confectance Index, consume all of it and reduce the cooldown of her Ultimate skill [Chain Lightning] by 1 turn.
When an enemy unit repeatedly gains [Negative Charge], inflict [Static Disruption] to it for 2 turns.
When an allied unit repeatedly gains [Positive Charge], the allied unit gains [Overcharge] for 3 turns
When an enemy unit within Jiangyu's range take targeted damage, Jiangyu gains 1 stack of [Aura], and launches [Action Support].
[Jiangyu's Action Support]: When the target has 0 or more points of stability, deals Electric damage equal to 45% of attack and 3 points of stability damage. If the target is in Stability Break, deals Electric damage equal to 75% of attack. This effect can be triggered a maximum of 2 times per turn.
