Someone didn't actually read Starship Troopers.
Just like the guy who directed that abomination of a film. Director only read a few chapters and said "I get the idea, fascism bad" but he didn't read further to where Juan Rico gets over the hump of basic training and starts bouncing around in power armour and fucking up all kinds of alien civilisations - not just bugs, there are others such as the Skinnies which are humanoid but have no honour and violate trade agreements, so Johnny drops down to their planet and nukes an entire city without a second thought. Has flamethrowers on his wrist and uses it to melt them in close combat. Has a bomb that he drops in the middle of their knitting circle that says in the skinny language "I'm a 30 second bomb! I'm a 30 second bomb! 30,29,28,27..." While they all climb over each other trying to escape.

Lots of moral philosophy but nowhere near as preachy as the movie.

Let me make it pertinently clear. Fascism is the only political science that works in space. You must always strike first and strike hard. Peace will never be achieved with Israel, just the same as the bugs will never see eye to eye with humans.

You would like to know more, unfortunately you are not fit for service in the Empire due to lacking mental fortitude.
