actually I just did a full test of this because I realized my original testing was flawed and I noticed that I was confusing the psychube proc ainmations (they only show for the active effect but it doesnt tick up a million times for the Eureka one).
Marcus will proc these chubes secondary effect (consume 30 eureka). In the Marcuspromptu comp I did make that means they'll be fully ramped up by turn 3. Also might come in handy in the Fireseed team later since I find their support chubes a bit lacking besides AAL chube.
The original point about not proccing Inspiration though is still true but not a big deal cause the idea of this team was to take advantage of every other benefit these two give (Aleph is a mental DPS buffer + can clone Marcus cards, Kiperina is a crit shielder to help Vila Sustain)
