Lupa complaint feels like the same as phoebe to be honest, phoebe shouldn't be there when we deal with the primus just because she is in the order since she is just a novice acolyte, and lupa isn't part of the hunts, just the new sports oriented agon. Though just having lupa explain that before rover left would help a little.
