She is indeed an OC if I'm correct, by the name of Eurydice, from an artist that goes by Vendant.
She's definitely super hot imo, I love her design and body type. Her simple face style is very cute too. I found her just recently on r34, I'm not sure why saucenao doesn't provide a link to the search results even on their google tool for her like it usually should.
