I know you won't listen to advice, but here it is anyway. Your dad is wise. You will miss him when he's gone. You need to cure the nihilism by doing something valuable for your fellow man. It's not about the money, it's about the meaning of life. Do volunteer work. Maybe touch grass and try WWOOFing. Find a tradwife and raise a family.
