From a visual perspective, I do find his in-game sprites and Toby's scanned sketch art attractive and charming. Even his shopkeeper closeup sprites (which get brought up as the main "ugly" ones) are very cute, and Spamton NEO has long, curvy legs and heels, a blue lipstick kiss attack, and even that bulge in his final attack titan form.
That's not even getting into his personality and dialogue, or the Big Shot design (though I fell in love with the classic dumpster Spamton first and foremost.)
