He may have fired a round towards Charlie. He may believe he killed Charlie. Reasons for it likely include the rhetoric regarding how the "Right & Conservatives" are a bunch of genocidal Nazi's that want nothing but death and destruction for anyone who disagrees with them.
Evidence points to this not being the case. It would appear Charlie was killed by a bullet from his 5 o'clock, exiting from his throat. The Right has every reason to riot and burn cities, but we're not.
Shirt physics are consistent with it being pulled at high speed, right to left. His head leaned left. Bullet likely reflected off of his spine, and out of his neck. Entry wounds are typically much cleaner and less visible. Estimated Time of Death ~1.5 hours. Immediate EVAC, care, Hospital 5 minutes away. 2 hours for notice of death.
There are inconsistencies with the Rifle. It appears to be poorly constructed, likely a dead-drop to throw off the FBI. Kirk does not appear to have been wearing body armor capable of reflecting a 30-06 at the ranges they're claiming, as you can clearly see defining body features (pectorals). Soft armor does not reflect.
0:25 Check the audience near the group in all black. Their hair all moves, in sync, away from them. This group is also the only one that doesn't react at all, no cowering or anything outside of calmly leaving. SUS AF.
There is also strange shuffling near the guy in the white shirt directly right of Charlie that is consistent with shooting. Audience likely not reactive due to overpowering sound of rifle blank.
