ok, so start from the top
can you open the iso you have downloaded with winrar/7zip?
if yes, extract all its contents to a folder. then add that folder to cxboxtool and convert. cxboxtool cannot convert an iso file. the files all need to be extracted from it or in a folder already.
if you cannot open the iso with an archive manager, it is already an xiso and does not need to be converted by cxboxtool. simply load it in xemu and hit the reset button.

i download all my xboxhuge games from archive.com and they come in uncompressed format to begin with.
