I see a comical belief cited here allot that Christianity is somehow pro-Jewish because it developed out of a heretical jewish sect and is based on the OT. Its like saying Islam is somehow pro-jewish for the same reason
quick history lesson
>early church based more in Greece and Modern Turkey - extremely anti jewish doctrine
>Roman church which becomes Catholicism the same
>Classifies Judaism heretical, along with witchcraft ect.
>Catholic church precedes over countless expulsions of jews from various countries (other Christian denominations are similar)
>Church orchestrates inquisitions and forced conversions en mass all over Europe
>In modern era Church venimantly opposes various jewish led secular movements
>Blocks and forestalls things like feminist social policy for centuries
>Catholic Church is behind virtually every Fascist movement in history (Nazis are a partial exception)
Now as a Christian you might not agree with all that, but its an undeniable historical fact that organized Christendom, mainly the Catholic Church, has been the most anti-judaic force in human history, and prior to the 1960s it upheld that entire history as correct. Even today because of how Catholic Dogma works im unsure if it can officially change many of its historical positions
