The SUV was like 200 ft away in the left lane when suddenly the truck they probably thought was breaking down or something for slowing down in the right lane suddenly does a left turn blocking the entire fucking highway. The guy didn't even look to see if there was a car coming.
If the SUV were slamming on the brakes nothing would have stopped them from hitting this truck like this. A sudden turn, especailly while slamming the breaks, would mean flipping. The truck is blocking the entire highway out of nowhere.
