>Mod Key
Whenever an enemy becomes broken, they take 90% Electric dmg (does not trigger "NCharge").
Allies with "Overcharge" gain +2% Crit and +3% CritDmg per stack of "Static Disruption" on enemies.
>Base kit summary
Poor multipliers but loads of Stability dmg (turn1 she can shave off 27 Stability in a single skill2) and can trigger a lot of attacks. In terms of supporting, she heals allies for 40% max HP each turn, while granting 45% Def ignore (with key5), +18% dmg, and +6% Crit +9% CritDmg.
>Dupes
V1 is overloaded to hell, providing instant healing with her ult, causing allies that inflict "NCharge" to deal a bonus 30% Atk on-hit, dealing free AoE Stability dmg, and gaining an extra counterattack.
V2 makes her ult more spammable and a bit better for supporting, while V3 is a 54% dmg increase to skill2 and gives her a way to purge buffs, neither particularly special.
V4 gives +15% Atk and is a big spike in Stability dmg (up to 25 to ALL enemies each turn wtf)
V5 is busted as fuck, she literally gets a Nikketa ult/Makiatto V1 skill1, except it gets multiplied by P/N Charges for hueg damahe...
V6 increases her ally support to 45% HP per turn, 60% Def ignore, +36% dmg, and +12% Crit +18% CritDmg. There's also a casual 8 AoE Stability dmg and a bit more self dmg.
>Dupe summary
She's a good support at V0, while V1 doesn't drastically change her usage but makes her better in every single way so is a good spot to aim for. After that, don't bother unless you're getting at least V4, with V5 being a major improvement, and V6 turning her into... maybe not SS-tier but definitely a staple. Her weapon got tweaked, having -22 Atk while granting +5% dmg and +1 Stability dmg, which is overall a buff but a lower priority than V1.
TL;DR I think she's good
