lol OP. I live in Chicago and have done business with CPS on multiple occasions. I've even been asked to leave meetings I was invited to so others could do things behind closed doors.
Because of the severe levels of political patronage and corruption, drastic measures are needed. Chicago used to reward political stewards with City and Streets and Sanitation jobs. Now its non-teaching CPS positions.
The rot runs deep. The hole cannot be plugged from within, or by the State of Illinois. The only way to plug the hole is to invite the feds/Trump in to comb through CPS and CTU records. The resulting scandals should be enough to void budgets.
