Presidential Office Head Andriy Yermak confirmed that 23 children have been returned from Russian-occupied territories to Ukrainian-controlled areas. Among them are two sisters, 11 and 14, whose mother was threatened for refusing Russian schooling.

One teen was forced to take a Russian passport but refused to attend a Russian school. All rescued children are now safe and receiving medical, psychological, and humanitarian support.
