They thieved $2billion of Venezuelan gold because they disagreed with an election result and crowned some other guy as the winner, despite the gold belonging to the central bank of Venezuela and not some politician.
They have in the past raided and seized whole safe deposit box companies for the contents, then demanded all the clients prove their innocence to get their valuables back.
