Here's the thing. We'll say we don't like something and find many reasons why. Then we will like something else despite it having the same "flaws", or even for them. There are 0 critics without double standards.
Truth is we might know what we like, but not why. I know I like liquorice, I put it in my mouth and I'm happy. Some don't like it.
If you do want to know why people like something, don't be a midwit about it. It's always simple. "I like it because... It's Street Fighter. ...because it's new. ...because it has my favorite pokémon. ...because my friends like it. ...because it has lolis."
