Man... Go the fuck outside and stop looking at the screens, the world seems fine. If all you see is disgusting city sprawl, move to a small town, start going to church, get a job that requires physical activity. You'd be amazed how much of this outlook purely stems from a sedentary lifestyle of looking at screens.
