Yes, all the time. My favorite to play was a Star Wars campaign where I played an Arkanian Alternate Jedi Padawan. And since the campaign started at the Jedi temple with our characters going to class, I of course had to make her tsundere-as-fuck. Up to and including calling another player baka in the first session.
