It's obvious the Poles assisted Ukrainian saboteurs with CIA overseers laughing in the background. Tricky situation though, as half of the thing was German, so in effect the Poles assisted in an attack on an ally.

Not that it matters anyway, the Germans allowed it in the first place, so maybe they're just trying to start a blame game.
