That In-door scene you say she's on her stomach isn't a court room. It's the tea party. If you pay attention to the ground as Alice grows, the ground is slanted and the carpet is green with a brown/gold diamond pattern, just like the other tea party scene.

As for the 2nd scene where her foot shoots out the window. Did you notice that the Mad Hatter was hanging on to her leg before being flung out? And who was at this tea party? The March Hare, Mad Hatter, Humpty Dumpty, Dormouse, Alice and the MC. If I was to believe that the two scenes were separate that would mean Humpty Dumpty would be suffering from seeing Alice grow twice and from a story telling perspective that wouldn't make too much sense to do.

For a bit of context from translating the dialog. The Mad Hatter and March hare argues about the wall color before inviting Alice and the MC to a tea party. At the inside entrance they meet Humpty Dumpty where he rushes the two inside because he can't start the tea party otherwise. He also points out that the Cherry Tart is their signature dish, but "Don't Eat It." But we know Alice took a bit of the tart because when we get a birds eye view of the table only one tart has a bite taken out of it.

As for the weird foot position, I take it as bad animation where they animated what looks visually appealing rather than what makes sense. Wouldn't be the first time, like Disney's Alice White Rabbit scene.

Now, I'm not point these out to be mean, rather to keep your expectations low to avoid being disappointed later. Now if I end up being wrong, that great on my part because more size content, but normally, these animator won't cater to a fetish, they're just telling a story where Alice isn't the main character this time.
