Not water weight. This is after having lost 15~ish pounds over 4-ish weeks. But even if it was water weight: how the fuck can I not be eating for a week and not lose weight? I weigh myself at the same time every day when I wake up, before drinking water or anything and after going to the bathroom.

The calories I eat are basically all protein (to meet my goals), with some unsaturated fat and vitamins so I get my micronutrients.
