I have seen broken MUGEN characters more balanced than 2B

>But she also does have projectile oki if she wants to
>Has a dedicated "murder zoners" specials with 0 actual counterplay against it despite having the strongest movement and longest range normals already meaning her matchup against long range characters great
>Strongest dedicated anti-air in the game that makes the second best Vane 2H look dysfunctional, better to compare it to a fucking DP that gives a 60% combo
>Crossup hits from TWO fucking backdashes worth of distance away
I'm not even getting into most of her specials and U skills, a match against dark Ronarudo-san that crashes your game when he's at 1HP feels more fair
Why isn't there an active attempt to ban her
