I almost hope it stays this way. I'm afraid of what would happen if Gondola was brought back into the public consciousness... it would change, it would have all this new controversy and baggage attached to it. I like what it is now. I like what it represents. I like that this meme doesn't have any association with a type of person, or a place in the ongoing internet discourse- I *hate* that stuff.
