The lines actually represent time, each block is a week (like the festival is 3 blocks because it's 3 weeks)
So the 9* monsters don't alternate every week, but
>blangonga is 3 weeks
>anja is 4 weeks
>ajarakan is 3 weeks
>blangonga doesn't even return for festival
