With sig this is pretty easy, without it... not so much, you definitely have to run Woodpecker/B&B. Which is honestly probably fine, with her statline she should do pretty serious personal damage and Shockstar giving you some pissant amount of agent-menu Impact means nothing when you're about to gain a shitton of flat Impact in combat. Here's my Lighter with no crit WEngine, if we shave the bit of excess Crit Rate off (I'm using Woodpecker because it's what I have) I'm at like 166%~ crit damage. My Lighter disks are pretty strong by stunner standards but it's not like impossibly far away, my D4 in particular is really slacking.
