The way they handled Lunar-Bloom is really fucked up.
Basically, Lauma converts every Bloom reaction into a Lunar-Bloom one. That is correct. Congrats, you made a Lunar-Reaction!.
The effects of normal Bloom are "This reaction creates a Bloom core". The effects of Lunar-Bloom, the special and new fancy type of Bloom, is "This reaction creates a Bloom core.".
Basically, Lunar-Bloom DOES NOT ACTUALLY DEAL LUNAR BLOOM DAMAGE, for some god forsaken reason. It has the exact same effects as normal bloom, and creates a normal bloom core that deals normal bloom damage, as if nothing happened. The only way to actually deal Lunar-Bloom damage is Lauma's hold E, which has a "This instance of damage is considered Lunar-Bloom" damage.
This is probably gonna get some more development with Nefer, but for now there is literally zero difference between the two reactions. Allegedly, triggering this reaction gives the entire party a stack of Verdant Dew, which gets a fancy HUD element to allow you to track how many you have, but only Lauma can use these so it's a pointless mechanic.
This is genuinely the dumbest game design idea Genshin's ever had.
