White flight is real and its coming to the USVI. I have a construction company and the only houses I've built are for Americans fleeing the states, not because I am racist but because the local people can't afford to build homes.

The population has been on the decline since 2010 and about 20% of the locals have left. Soon it'll only be rich Cruzans with dirty govt money and whites left.
