I'm going to enter the region with roughly 250 pulls and the first patch is apparently supposed to give somewhere in the vicinity of 120 pulls, so Nefer is definitely guaranteed. Even if Luna 2 and 3 are completely empty to shill UGC and only give like 50 pulls each I should still be able to get the Luna 3 (6.2) and Luna 4 (6.3, will probably be Bina) characters without before even bringing welkin gems and capturing radiance into the equation
