There is a town in New Brunswick which has a very abnormally high rate of alzheimers and the cause has been attributed almost certainly to industrial toxins. Whatever causes it is in our drinking water in varying amounts depending on location, and also how the water is treated and filtered. I strongly disagree with the dietary theories because diet seems almost totally irrelevant when you look at who develops alzheimers and who doesn't. It is all geographic, because it is in the water supply, the farther downstream the Mississippi you go the worse it gets because industrial toxins are accumulating as they travel towards the sea.

It is in the water, they won't tell you this but it is the truth.
